1. What this site is
Reno Concrete Pro is operated by AuthenitcBrand, LLC. Reno Concrete Pro is an independent referral service. We connect Reno/Sparks homeowners and property owners with independent, third-party licensed concrete contractors — we do not perform concrete work ourselves. Always verify a contractor's Nevada NSCB license before hiring. This site is not a party to any agreement you enter into with a concrete contractor, does not perform concrete work, and does not warrant any contractor's work. Using this site or its referral service means you accept these terms.
2. The referral service
When you submit a quote request through this site, it's forwarded to one independent, NSCB-licensed concrete contractor serving Reno and Sparks. That contractor may pay a referral fee for the introduction; the fee doesn't change the price quoted to you. Before matching you with any contractor, we look for an NSCB license in classification C-5 (Concrete Contracting) or, for masonry/block work, C-18 — see how to verify a Nevada concrete contractor's license yourself. We don't guarantee any contractor's licensing status, insurance, or workmanship — you remain responsible for your own hiring decision, including getting a written, itemized quote before work begins.
2A. SMS / text messaging program
Program description. If you opt in via the consent checkbox on our forms, Reno Concrete Pro may send SMS messages related to your specific service request — confirmations, follow-up questions, and contact details for the matched contractor. This is a transactional program, not a marketing or promotional list. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in.
Opt-out and help. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time — you'll receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or use the contact page.
Rates and carrier disclaimer. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See the Privacy Policy for how your information is handled — SMS opt-in data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Content is information, not professional advice
Cost ranges, project guides, and checklists on this site are researched estimates for general information, published with a source and a date. They're not a quote, an engineering assessment, or a substitute for an on-site evaluation by a licensed contractor. Your actual price may differ based on your project's size, access, soil conditions, and finish.
4. Acceptable use
Don't submit false quote requests, scrape or republish this site's content at scale, attempt to disrupt the site, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may decline to route a request that appears abusive or fraudulent.
5. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
This site and its referral service are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reno Concrete Pro is not liable for damages arising from your use of the site, reliance on its content, or work performed by any contractor you were referred to — including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to $100. Your agreement for any concrete work is solely between you and the contractor you hire.
6. Intellectual property
The text, research, and design on this site belong to Reno Concrete Pro. You're welcome to link to it and quote brief excerpts with attribution; wholesale reproduction requires permission.
7. Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it. Questions can be sent through the contact page.
